Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Office is clean. I didn't have to wait long for an appointment and when I went there I was greeted right away and seen by the doctor quickly as well.
Stay Away! They will talk you into buying everything! I need glasses for seeing distance; I take them off when reading or on the computer. They told me progressive lenses would be the perfect fit for me and that I would no longer need to take off my glasses to read. They also was tried to sell me computer glasses! I told them that I don't want scratch resistance; but after I got home I noticed that I got billed for that. I had to call the store and go back to get a refund. I was all excited when I picked up my new glasses. I was just handed the glasses and was not fitted; the tech had their dinner in front of them and seemed too busy to help. I tried it for about a week and hated my new glasses. The progressive part was useless and got me very dizzy. I went back and was told that they just need to be fitted. I tried it for about another week and with the same problems. They were useless to read with. I spent good $$$ for these progressive lenses. One problem I had was watching tv while reclining on the couch or laying in bed; everything was blurry and was getting a stiff neck to make it clear. So I go back to the store and told about my tv problem and the tech said "You can't wear your new glasses while watching tv reclining or in bed". I then asked how do I watch tv; she had no answer! I always needed glasses to watch TV. They ended up giving me a new basic lenses without the progressive; but was told there was no refund! The basic lenses would of been covered by my insurance.
I like this place. It's easy to make appointments, the doctors are good, and the staff is very nice. Nothing to complain about.
Liked everyone in this office. Was taken good care of and everyone was professional, kind and caring.
They suck!!! When you go to get your records transferred, you sign the release, they tell you that they will fax it and 3 days later after calling everyday it is always an excuse and the records are still not transferred!!! I now have to go back there tomorrow because there is no regular staff or doctor in today to see if I can get my daughters records. They even told me to just take her to the new doctor without the records!!! What good is that when she is having problems and we don't have her history?? They are really stupid!!! Plus they have the picture of her eyes!!
I never heard of progressive lenses before; wish I researched them before I went. I think I know more now then the techs at the store. I was never told about different types/sizes of progressive lenses. Wasted a ton of my time and I will never go back!!!
