Nice store, great selection, and knowledgeable staff. I cannot remember the last time I encountered an out of stock item. My pet peeve with this store is their stocking schedule. On multiple occasions, i have been frustrated by closed aisles while they stock. I wish they would do their stocking in the afternoons or evenings, not the AM hours. That would make it more convenient for people to grab their needed supplies for a job and go. I do not get paid by the hour, so sitting around on my hands waiting for an aisle to open irritates me.
Do not use them for installs! We had a garage door opener installed about two years ago. Turns out the company they used did not install it correctly and our door is broken in half at the top. The people at the store gave me a few numbers to call and told me to call around and see who did the install and figure it out on my own. Have not had any luck doing so and Home Depot is not helping at all. What a disaster. Avoid using them at all costs! Additionally, I am being told this is due to the office in Atlanta, GA being slow. Unacceptable.
Surprisingly an associate came up to me and actually was helpful in locating what I was looking for. I refuse to use self checkout thought. They take people's jobs away.
Good selection of Gardening and outdoor items. Easy to find online for stock availability.
When you have questions there is always a knowledgeable person who can assist you. Friendly employees who are willing to help...if you can find one.
